Town ordinances require all residential and commercial properties to utilize the Town's sanitation services for the collection and disposal of solid waste. To continue or make changes to existing commercial sanitation services, or to request commercial sanitation services for your business, please download, complete and submit the APPLICATION AND PAYMENT AGREEMENT FOR COMMERCIAL SANITATION SERVICES at the link below. The Public Works Department will review the application and forward the form for your signature.
PLEASE NOTE: If you do not receive the APPLICATION AND PAYMENT AGREEMENT FOR COMMERCIAL SANITATION SERVICES, please check your spam/junk email folder. We also recommend that you add publicworks@lakeparkflorida.gov to your "approved sender" list in your email reader. Once your agreement is processed we will send you a copy for your records.
Residential sanitation customers do not need to apply to receive services.
