District 10 Commander
Captain Thomas Gendreau
The Town of Lake Park is served and protected by the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office through a special Interlocal agreement between the Town and Palm Beach County. The Department is housed in a Town facility in the center of Town, immediately adjacent to Town Hall, and consistently reports excellent response times for emergency and non-emergency calls.
The Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office has two special programs that heighten awareness for safety and security that are open to residents and businesses: Community Watch and Observer Patrol. Both the Police and Fire-Rescue Departments offer excellent emergency preparedness advice and make the information available to all residents and businesses. Your safety is their priority.
Crime Mapping
CrimeMapping.com contains crime statistics specific to the Town of Lake Park by the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office, which patrols the Town. Neighboring communities such as the Village of North Palm Beach, City of Palm Beach Gardens, City of Riviera Beach, and City of West Palm Beach have their own Police Departments, therefore the crime statistics reported by PBSO do not include crime statistics from those cities.
