The Town of Lake Park is developing a master plan to create a more active urban and waterfront park setting at Kelsey Park and Lake Shore Park. As part of the master plan, there is an opportunity to introduce new uses, as well as upgrade, modify, or relocate existing uses to reflect the desires of Town residents.
