Pursuant to Senate Bill 102, by October 1, 2023, and every three years thereafter, cities and counties must create an inventory of all lands they own that are "Appropriate for use as affordable housing."
The Town of Lake Park owns one parcel that may be appropriate for use as affordable housing in conjunction with necessary transit (train station and other) options and pursuant to the Town’s affordable housing criteria. This parcel is generally located on the southwest corner of Park Avenue and 10th Street, 300+ feet south of Park Avenue and is generally 1.28 acres in size:
